Infinity-Stern Properties is a joint-venture development and management vehicle owned and controlled by Infinity Real Estate and Stern Properties, an established local partner with a singular focus on the Baltimore market. Today, the venture owns and manages a portfolio of over 100 small to mid-size properties, including multi-family apartment buildings, townhomes, and student housing. We leverage our Venture’s strong relationships with local government and housing officials, and its growing reputation as a significant provider of quality housing for Baltimore's residents. Infinity is actively expanding its residential acquisition and development program into other urban markets, targeted for their pent up demand for affordable housing, by adopting the same operating cluster strategy and local partnership approach.
